I think the package was uploaded a bit later (20th or 21st), but
yes, that still is more than 2 days.

According to https://ftp-master.debian.org/new/?C=M;O=D the signed
package has been uploaded at 2020-03-24 12:08 (in whatever
timezome), so it should be available really soon (tm).
