Request: backport remmina 1.47 from testing to buster

Hi all/Dear maintainer,

Current remmina backport to buster is version 1.4.3+dfsg-2~bpo10+1.

Please backport 1.4.7+dfsg-1 from testing to buster. This version for
one fixes the annoyance of the application at start up creating:

~/.cache/org.remmina.Remmina/latest_news.md
