mozilla packaging linked in backports FAQ abandoned?

Dear maintainers,

Currently, the backports FAQ [1] points users to mozilla.debian.net
for non-ESR Firefox installation.  However, that site hasn't been
updated for Buster and the mailing list mentioned on it
(pkg-mozilla-maintainers@lists.alioth.debian.org) has bounced my
email.  Is that site abandoned?
