The messages you're linking to are about two different problems: - ABI version mismatch between src:linux and src:linux-latest. This will be fixed soon, as I've combined the linux and linux-latest source packages (only in experimental at the moment). - Version mismatch between common (arch-independent) and flavour (arch-dependent) linux-headers packages. This can't be fixed without changes to the way backports suites work.
