So you mean it is referencing "manual" edits and not referencing updates
of the content of the page? Unfortunately also the content is not
updated - at least for the examples I checked:

  [1] has:  r-cran-backports  1.1.2-2~bpo9+1  1.1.3-1
  but tracker.d.o says:
  [2019-05-02] Accepted r-cran-backports 1.1.3-1~bpo9+1 (source amd64) into stretch-backports->backports-policy, stretch-backports (Andreas Tille)

  [1] has:  r-cran-bayesplot  1.5.0-1~bpo9+1  1.6.0-1
  [2019-05-02] Accepted r-cran-bayesplot 1.6.0-1~bpo9+1 (source all) into stretch-backports->backports-policy, stretch-backports (Andreas Tille)

etc. So the content of the page is not updated. I intend to update all
r-cran-* backports to the current state of Buster and I'm able to draft
my own SQL query to get an up to date status for myself. However, I
think the overview page[1] should be fixed in general.

Kind regards

        Andreas.
