Happened before with the previous version > https://lists.debian.org/debian-backports/2019/05/msg00040.html If I don't upload them at the same time I'm likely to forget to upload linux-latest. linux-latest has a build-dependency on a linux-headers package, which it doesn't really *need*, to prevent it from actually being built until after linux is built on the same architecture. However, since we added signed packages, that's not enough to stop it building too early. Maybe it should now build-depend on signed kernel images for architectures that have them, but I'm not sure that's a reasonable thing to do.
