The issue is, I can't bootstrap openjdk-11 with openjdk-8 currently in
Stretch. openjdk-9 is needed to build openjdk-10, and openjdk-10 is
needed to build openjdk-11. Once openjdk-11 is uploaded it can build
itself. So the plan is to :
1. upload openjdk-9
2. upload openjdk-10
3. upload openjdk-11
4. remove openjdk-9 and openjdk-10
In the end there will be only one backported JDK left.
