Incorrect Maintainer field in youtube-dl/jessie-backports
The jessie backport of youtube-dl (version 2017.05.18.1-1~bpo8+1) appears
to have two people in its Maintainer field. One of these should be in
Uploaders instead (Policy §3.3, §5.6.2): please split the field.
This came up during discussion of the limitations of the Maintainer field,
with one of the possible directions being to merge Maintainer and Uploaders
in some future version of Debian tools; but for now this is not considered
to be a valid Maintainer.
