Several dependencies for nvidia-driver 390.67 still at 390.48 breaking update process

Hello,

several packages in the Backports repository are still not updated to
Nvidia driver version 390.67 which breaks updating from 390.48. Here is
a short list of outdated packages:

libopengl0-glvnd-nvidia/stretch-backports,now 390.48-2~bpo9+3 amd64
libglx0-glvnd-nvidia/stretch-backports,now 390.48-2~bpo9+3 amd64
libglvnd0-nvidia/stretch-backports,now 390.48-2~bpo9+3 amd64
libgles1-glvnd-nvidia/stretch-backports,now 390.48-2~bpo9+3 amd64
libgl1-glvnd-nvidia-glx/stretch-backports,now 390.48-2~bpo9+3 amd64
libegl1-glvnd-nvidia/stretch-backports,now 390.48-2~bpo9+3 amd64

Missing these packages both apt and aptitude cannot update the packages
to the latest Nvidia driver 390.67 from backports:

The following packages have unresolved dependencies:
 libglvnd0-nvidia : Collides with: libglvnd0 but
1.0.0+git20180308-2~bpo9+1 should be installed
 libglvnd0-nvidia:i386 : Collides with: libglvnd0 but
1.0.0+git20180308-2~bpo9+1 should be installed
 libopengl0-glvnd-nvidia : Collides with: libopengl0 but
1.0.0+git20180308-2~bpo9+1 should be installed
 nvidia-driver-libs : Collides with: libglvnd0 (> 0) but
1.0.0+git20180308-2~bpo9+1 should be installed
                      Collides with: libopengl0 (> 0) but
1.0.0+git20180308-2~bpo9+1 should be installed
                      Recommends: nvidia-driver-libs-i386
                      Recommends: libgles-nvidia2 (= 390.48-2~bpo9+3)
but should not be installed

How can these problems be resolved? I upgraded the backports driver in
the past and there were some problems, but it was always resolvable
until the latest update to 390.67.

Thank you

Alfred Egger
