Sure, here it is:

The linux-grsec package has been dropped from Debian unstable and backports.

The Grsecurity patch is not available publicly anymore. Until December last
year a forward-port of the last 4.9 public patch was maintained unofficially
by Mathias Krause. That port was stopped at 4.9.74 because of the inclusion in
4.9.75 of the KAISER feature fixing the Meltdown vulnerability. The feature is
really invasive and merging KAISER with Grsecurity unofficially wasn't deemed
possible, which means the linux-grsec can't be updated anymore.

Right now I don't have any other solution than going back to mainline and
hoping KSPP features are integrated.
