4.8 Server-Kernel backported, not exclusively for AMD

This is running on my NAS:

> root@t555:~# uname -a
> Linux t555 4.8.15-asrv-bpo #2 SMP Tue Jan 10 13:27:12 CET 2017 x86_64 GNU/Linux

and also on my build- and virt-server:

> build@dop58:~$ uname -a
> Linux dop58 4.8.15-asrv-bpo #2 SMP Tue Jan 10 13:27:12 CET 2017 x86_64 GNU/Linux

So it is not limited to AMD, but also does well on VIA-Nano, the philosophy would
probably be "Build once, run here and there", obviously great for everyone, who does not
want to spent too much time for building various kernel-versions, see attachments.
