Backporting testng to Jessie (as precondition for versioned Build-Depends in htsjdk)



Hi,

I intended to update the backport of htsjdk.  Since this Build-Depends
testng (>= 6.9.9) and Jessie has only 6.8.8-4 I intended to backport
testng.  Unfortunately I was running into a build problem:
