It could be a Recommends: mysql-client OR mariadb-client.

It could also be a Provides: mysql-client, on the mariadb-client (way more generic I guess,
will fix many other potiental similar problems)

The mysql-client is not required to use the mysql backend. the only real requirement is libmysqlclient.so,
because the module is linked to that.

The mysql/mariadb client binary is a good idea to have if someone want to check or script something,
but the pdns mysql backend can work without it.
