wrong size of table border exports by libreoffice-wiki-publisher

Hi,

while sending tables with borders, wiki-publisher creates a border size of  
0.05pt which appears as 'no border at all' in wiki.

I would expect visible borders like 0.5pt.

This happens with wheezy-bpo (1.1.2+LibO4.3.3-2+deb8u3~bpo70+1) and  
jessie-bpo (1.2.0+LibO5.1.3-1~bpo8+1) too.

Maybe there was no problem with wheezy-bpo in Sept 2015 - I can't remember  
if it worked well or if I fixed the pages manually I sended back then...

Does anyone know how to fix this behaviour?
