handbrake has been broken for quite some time..reading the backport archives
various attempts have been made to fix...something else breaks.

My solution that works(around) is too use snapshots..back to the version that
works here, ymmv.

deb http://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20140714 wheezy-backports main
contrib non-free
