Backporting netbeans (libnb-absolutelayout-java) to Jessie

Hi,

I would like to provide a Jessie backport of prottest[1] (biologic
package maintained by Debian Med and currently in NEW).  This package
Build-Depends from libnb-absolutelayout-java which to the best of my
(limited!) knowledge is part of netbeans 8.0.2.

Is there any chance to provide libnb-absolutelayout-java in Jessie?
It might involve to backport netbeans 8.0.2 to Jessie completely and
I do not have the slightest idea about the effort this might create.
