Hello, I see, that already fixed bug 800445 (nf_conntrack: table full, dropping packet) is present in package linux-image-4.2.0-0.bpo.1-amd64 with version 4.2.1-2~bpo8+1: amd64. Severity in bugtracker is normal, but it's suggested to raise it to grave. I think, that impact is serious and package in backports should be fixed or upgraded/downgraded asap. Best, JS
