Are you sure about this?  Previous backport didn't work, see
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=ceph&suite=wheezy-backports

and no one looked at it for 83 days already.  Will the next
attempt to backport it be handled the same way with no changes
as you're saying, making just yet another useless noize?
