Hallo,

I been having some issues (bad clean-ups after reconnects) with the
current tgt version in backports/stable and the tgt mailing list have
been indicating that I should use a newer version.

I saw a long waited new version arriving in debian and it hit testing
this week. So could somebody please make a backports for stable?
