how-can-i-help in wheezy-backports

Dear Backporters,

As discussed here, https://bugs.debian.org/738826, the package how-can-i-help 
could be in wheezy-backports with minor change in the debian/control file to  
match wheezy versions of two dependencies. The diff is like 

< Depends: ${shlibs:Depends}, ${misc:Depends}, ruby (>= 1:1.9.3), ruby-debian (>= 0.3.8+b2), ruby-json (>= 1.8.0-1)
---
> Depends: ${shlibs:Depends}, ${misc:Depends}, ruby (>= 1:1.9.3), ruby-debian (>= 0.3.8+b1), ruby-json (>= 1.7.3-3)

Here is a backport (based on version 4 still in unstable)

It could be a good point to have this package available in wheezy.
