Dear Maintainer,

When openning help tool left part in in french (preset on content tab) 
and display part on the right is in english.
All of other tabs doesn't works properly :
  - Index tab display all in english (select and display areas)
  - Search tab doesn't search anything (English or French word)

Only selecting in content tab displays french help text in display area 
(on the right).
I have some screenshot, I will try to attach them.
