Backport of kmymoney

Hi everybody,

I've just backported kmymoney 4.6.4-1 to wheezy to check whether some
weird behavior is present in that version too. Unfortunately it is (but
I will discuss that with upstream).

This was a rather trivial backport (just rebuilt for wheezy),  Now that
the package is already there, I thought it might be a good idea to share
it publicly:

... but as I don't intend to keep an eye on it any longer, I
intentionally did not upload it to backports.debian.org.
