i3-wm/4.7-1~bpo70+1 from wheezy-backports not installable and cannot be built

In the recent i3-wm upload for wheezy-backports, i3-wm is not
installable: i3-wm depends on libxcb-cursor0 (>= 0.0.99) and cannot
build for the other arches (build dependency libxcb-cursor-dev is
missing for wheezy)
