Use flashplugin-nonfree from "contrib".
http://packages.debian.org/wheezy/flashplugin-nonfree

This will work in 99% of the cases.

Only if you have an old AMD or VIA processor this will sometimes give
problems, then you need an older version (with security issues) of
flash. If you need that, you could do this as root:

cd /usr/lib/flashplugin-nonfree/
mv libflashplayer.so libflashplayer.so-backup
wget http://vandervlis.nl/libflashplayer.so

And after restarting the browser flash will work. You will have to
exclude flash from upgrading, e.g. with pinning.
