It's missing the changelog entry for 0.1.4-1. Include that, and then
add a backports entry. Something like the following:

haskell-gnutls (0.1.4-1~bpo70+1) wheezy-backports; urgency=low

  * Backport to wheezy

haskell-gnutls (0.1.4-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release, fixing a segmentation fault due to a lost
    reference to the credentials object.

haskell-gnutls (0.1.2-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release
