While true, packages that FTBFS aren't automatically re-attempted, so the 
backported devscripts is still not available for wheezy for most 
architectures.

$ rmadison devscripts -s wheezy-backports
 devscripts | 2.13.2~bpo70+1 | wheezy-backports | source, amd64, armhf, 
sparc
