 You seem to have missed the fact that there was quite some discussion
going on with respect to that package group indeed.  Please scan the
list archive in that respect.

 The support of newer hardware is a fair benefit of the packages.  Given
the size of the group though it is only natural that having everything
in place takes a few days, especially build-wise for the architecture
where it wasn't directly uploaded for.
