Anyway, backports.debian.org is not reachable, at least since this night's
cron-apt runs, neither IPv4 nor IPv6.

$ telnet backports.debian.org 80
Trying 2607:f8f0:610:4000:211:25ff:fec4:59ae...
Trying 206.12.19.9...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection timed out

Ping and traceroute don't work either.
