Problems with cpufrequtils under kernels 2.6.32 from backports

After installing kernels 2.6.32 from backports I have the next record in
the output of `dmesg`:
[ 169.149599] CPUFREQ: Per core ondemand sysfs interface is deprecated
- up_threshold
[ 169.150698] CPUFREQ: Per core ondemand sysfs interface is deprecated
- ignore_nice_load
I have no such problem with the kernel 2.6.26 from distr and with the
old kernel 2.6.30 from backports.
How can I resolve it? It seems that in need to install the more new
version of "cpufrequtils" but I don't see it in "backports"
Do I need to compile it myself? Or the above problem is a bug of that
kernel?
