Uploads by Debian Maintainers to backports.org?
The backports.org dokuwiki talks about packaging guidelines. There are
sections detailing uploads by Debian Developers and describing
contributions by others.
What about contributions by Debian Maintainers? I'm considering getting
sponsorship for maintaining Subversion, but it is unclear how that will
help me upload to backports.org without the aid of a Debian Developer.
