I didn't change anyting in Build-Depends field with this upload. I think the dependency to libmysqlclient16 was silently introduced because previously libmysqlclient-dev was a virtual package provided by libmysqlclient15-dev, but now a real one is provided by the 5.1 version. The difference was that some time ago I've added the lenny-backport repository to my build machine to match the behavior of buildds, so I guess you noticed this only now because you was using the package built by me.
