Some backport users might wonder why we haven't backported samba 3.4.5 yet. Actually, the reason is that it seems to require libtalloc >= 1.3.0 (the configure step fails) while we only have 1.2.0 in lenny. Indeed, this is quite weird as samba 3.4.3 (which we have in bpo) does compile well in lenny even though the very sam test seems to be in configure. So, as of now, we first need to backport talloc 2.0.1 (the version in squeeze) before we backprot samba.
