uscan broken in devscripts backports

Hi,

Unfortunately we've discovered a bug in the devscripts packages which I
uploaded yesterday which makes uscan enter an infinite loop when parsing
certain watchfiles.

We're currently working on a fix for this issue but I thought I'd give
anyone who might have installed the packages already a quick heads-up.
