cfengine2 backport for lenny and etch

Hi guys,
this is my first backport, it was requested some months ago... I'm late I know
:-(

Unfortunately I couldn't store both versions on mentors so I put the built
packages here:

http://theforest.dyne.org/debian-backports

The packages are built from the relevant branches in the collab-maint git repo.

I'm not a DD, so if you think that the package is OK please upload it, otherwise
just let me know what needs to be fixed and I will fix it ASAP
