I have preliminary packages available at
http://people.debian.org/~viiru/postgis/ (source + amd64). I'd like to
get feedback for the Java package (I converted the versioned build-dep
on libjts-java to a non-versioned one and have no idea how to test if
it still works) before uploading it to backports, also I'm waiting for
my key to be added to the backports.org keyring.

Naturally feedback for the other parts is nice, too.
