Was there a good reason why you didn't backport the current version from
testing (1.0.7-4), which includes an extra bug fix over 1.0.7-3 (and no
other changes)?

1.0.7-4 migrated to testing on 2008-10-27 (more than two weeks before
your upload).

BTW, I believe you're only meant to include changes since the last
backported version, which was 1.0.4-1 - see the last of the "Basic
Rules" here:
