The most interesting part unfortunately does not have details:
"To do only once : Edit /etc/apt/preferences and /etc/apt/sources.list to allow flashplugin-nonfree from Debian unstable to be installed on your Debian testing system. "
I am not proficient enough with pinning; I'd like to know how to add unstable to /etc/apt/preferences and /etc/apt/sources.list so that no file except flashplayer-nonfree installs from there.
