Please don't backport ikiwiki without talking to me or at least
bringing it up in #ikiwiki.

And to get to Axel's point, it's not really any more strange to
depend on ikiwiki than on asciidoc or python-docutils, or even gcc.
ikiwiki is just a compiler.
