New dovecot upload in etch-backports, security issue

Hello,

A new security issue has been found in dovecot 1.0.1[12]; Timo released a
new version, 1.0.13, which fixes the issue. For more details, see:

I'm uploading the fixed package in etch-backports before the testing
transition: the current package allows to log-in without password using a
special parameter introduced with 1.0.11.
