This was entirely my fault. I fat-fingered the upload. I took what
Vagrant had given me, rebuilt it with the changes file complete, I
removed the ~0 version number, and put my name on it so he wouldn't get
the blame (but mentioned his name in the changelog, so he'd get the
credit :). I then tested it in a network that uses it pretty heavily and
the next day, after being satisfied that it was good... signed and
uploaded his instead of mine. 

I even checked over the package before uploading and looked at the
changes, verified the version number, suite, etc. but when I did the
dput I tab completed on his, rather than mine. Arg.

I had added this versioned build-dep in mine, good thing I uploaded the
wrong one. I guess I could re-upload with this so that the buildds will
do it properly.
