From our (ftp-master) side sarge-bpo is deprecated, its a service to our
users to let him available until security support for oldstable continues. 
Since it would make it pretty useless if you can only upload old software we
also decided to allow versions from lenny into sarge-bpo, otherwise it would
be pretty useless.
