update logcheck

Hello,

logcheck 1.2.56~bpo.1 is available in etch-backports. In the meantime 
1.2.63 got available in Testing. And there are great improvements, 
especially

logcheck  (1.2.59) UNRELEASED; urgency=low

   [ Marc Haber ]
   * add logtail2 (closes: #435443):
     * now handles log rotation internally (with a plugin scheme).
     * can deal with rotated logfiles (closes: #336265).
     * supports logrotate's dateext rotation.

The improvement is the possibility to use dateext with logcheck 
together, so that daily backups of /var/log decrease extremly.

Is it possible to backport the new version, too?
