linux-image-2.6.22-2-k7 hangs on boot compaq presario V6210BR

Hello list:

Here's a brief description of my problem:

1) After install linux-image-2.6.22-2-k7 from backports.org and reboot 
my system, it hangs.

2) The system boot works by using linux-image-2.6.20-1-k7. This image 
was removed from backports.org.

What I'm doing wrong at install linux-image-2.6.22-2-k7?

My /var/log/syslog, /etc/fstab and lspci output are attached below.
