That would be tremendous.  It's also quite easy, I have an older one
running here:

emacs22 (22.0.99+1-1~alocalbackport.2) experimental; urgency=low

  * rebuild for etch

That was all AFAIR.

But I won't have time to maintain a backport in the next months, so I
cannot upload it.
