linux-image 2.6.18-4-686 bug.

Hey all,

I've recently run into bug #415112 / #398470 with the backport kernel
linux-image-2.6.18-1-686 (version 2.6.18-3~bpo.1 )

I know this is a few versions behind, but looking through the bug
database for those bugs for the testing/unstable kernels suggests that
even tho a patch exists, it didn't get merged into
linux-image-2.6.18-4-686, even tho the patch came out before its
release.

Has this patch been rolled into the backported kernel for debian sarge
on backports.org? The release date suggests that it hasn't, but I
figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. If not, is it possible for such a
backport to be made? 

Failing that, I'll have to build my own package including the patch,
which I'd prefer to avoid, as you can expect. :)
