This new package looks like it has a dependency on klibc-utils (>=
1.4.19-2), which is a higher version number than the version in backports
(1.4.19-2~bpo.1) due to the way that ~ sorts.  I think the control file
needs to be updated in initramfs-tools to allow that version to satisfy
the dependency.
