lsb-desktop unavailable dependencies

aptitude rejects the upgrade of lsb, because lsb-desktop depends on
libqt3-mt (> 3.3.6) and libatk1.0-0 (> 1.9.0).

Are there any reason not depending on sarges libqt3c102-mt (>=3.3.4-3)
and libatk1.0-0 (>=1.8.0-4)?
