Hi Francesco, I´m maintianing the nagios-plugin backport. I did update to nagios2 2.5-1~bpo.1 to days ago .. and I didnt find any problems .. can you send a more detailed error description. The output on trying to install nagios2-common would help I think. Maybe you should also try "aptitude -t sarge-backports install nagios-plugins".
