Well, if it also happens with upstreams packages (assuming they finally
use KDE support) it should be filed upstream, if it's Debian-only please
file it in the Debian BTS.

What also would be worth to check is whether the problem goes away when
you don't have -kde installed in case you have it installed or vice
versa.

And it might also be a KDE bug....
