xorg-x11 powerpc recompilation

Hi,

I recompiled x11-org (and 2 dependencies libxrender and renderext) for
powerpc.

I needed to make a one-line change in x11-xorg's
debian/MANIFEST.powerpc.in (a missing reference to a doc file that
makes the build process to fail... after 5h), hence the bpo_3_. This
is the only change I had to make, this is strictly a recompilation of
Norbert's original backports.  libxrender and renderext are just
rebuilt as well.
